Class of 2024

HHS IB Banquet

May 19, 2024

6pm - 10PM

HIGGINS HALL

5225 N. HIMES Avenue

$50 per person, including the IB Senior

Everyone who attends the banquet must buy a ticket, including the IB Senior. Due to capacity limitations, each IB Senior's family will be able to purchase a maximum of 4 tickets (IB Senior plus 3 family members, $200 total). Deadline to order tickets: April 30, 2024. Follow this link to purchase tickets or use the QR code on the invitation above.

If we are able to offer additional tickets, we will let all seniors know after April 30th.

Attention parents, our first event for our Graduating Seniors is the Annual Senior Lock In, Friday April 5th (only 3 weeks away). This is a traditional team bonding experience for our Senior Class. In order to participate, you must fill out this waiver form (both sides) and turn it in with $40 cash to Mrs. Cooper (room 209) BEFORE April 3rd
If you would like to help out with donations or volunteering your time for the event, please look over the following Sign Up Genius for things we need to make the event run smoothly for the kids.

Every little bit helps, there is only 1 month of classes left! Let's make sure these kids have the opportunity to make some great memories before they all head their separate ways this summer.

Family fundraising efforts for the HHS IB Senior Banquet for the Class of ‘24 is very low.

Our “Un-Fundraiser” is the only fundraiser in which 100% of your donation goes toward our Senior Banquet expenses. This is a voluntary fundraiser. If all of our families participate, it could be our only one! Scan the QR Code and choose your donation level, or go to the IB Alliance Store and donate your heart out before April 22, 2024. Don't forget to share with friends and family, they might want to contribute to this milestone event, too!

$50 - I don't want to hit up friends, family, and co-workers, so here is the money I would have spent on wrapping paper and personalized mugs.

$75 – I am eating in, until further notice.  Here is the money I would have spent on multiple restaurant nights or PDQ gift cards.

$100 – Here is $100 to forget my name until it’s time to send the invitations.

$___ –  I am making this donation (name the amount) to express my appreciation for having nothing more to buy, sell, or do to raise funds for the Senior Banquet.

What exactly is the IB Senior Banquet?

The IB Senior Banquet is organized by IB Alliance, the IB Parent Association, to honor all graduating IB seniors' hard work and dedication. Graduates and their families are invited to attend this memorable event each year in May on an evening before commencement. HHS teachers, administration, and school board members also attend the Senior Banquet. This truly is the last hurrah for seniors to gather together in a semi-formal setting that promotes social interaction throughout the evening as well as spending time with their teachers. The evening’s festivities may include speakers, photo opportunities with each other as well as HHS faculty and administration, entertainment, food, an opportunity for each student to share his/her university of matriculation, a memory book, and a slideshow portraying the graduates ‘then and now’!

The IB Senior Banquet is fully funded by donations from the IB Class of 2024 parents and through fundraising efforts. We need your support and can’t do this without you! Please donate to our UnFundraiser in the IB Alliance Store. 100% of UnFundraiser donations go to the IB Class of 2024 Senior Banquet.
