Courtesy post for the Terrier Alumni Volunteers:
The Terrier Alumni Volunteers run The Big Red Store, which supplies clothes and a school supplies closet for our HHS students in need. The Terrier Alumni Volunteers work closely with our HHS social worker, Ms. Giraud, to help identify students in need. Right now, there are approximately 25 HHS students (and their families) who are homeless, and together, we can make their holidays brighter.
Several Ways to Make A Difference:
• Volunteer in The Big Red Store
• Donate clothing items such as shoes, jackets, blankets, socks, formal dresses (prom/homecoming), toiletries, suit jackets, school supplies, etc.
• Purchase from the Amazon Wishlist: https://amzn.to/4f6uaLB, and the items will be delivered directly to The Big Red Store!
• Walmart Gift cards in $25 increments
• You can drop them off at the school: ATTN: Big Red Store, Mrs. Miranda Martin AP.
• Drop them off in room 130 during open hours on Tues, Wed, and Thurs, 1130 am - 4 pm.
Please contact Debbie Medina, HHS Class of '78, terrieralumnivolunteers@gmail.com if you can volunteer or have any questions.
